Christos is a member of the Corporate and Commercial team and has experience in various facets of corporate law, including the setting up and management of corporate structures, corporate restructuring and corporate transactions. In addition, he advises clients in real estate transactions, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, tax issues and project financing.

He has particular interest in advising clients on energy and oil & gas project development with expertise in financing and tendering procedures for renewable energy and natural resources projects, including the drafting of commercial contracts, joint ventures, farm-in, farm-out, trading of commodities and transportation matters.
