Acted as legal advisor for Deloitte Limited in relation to their bid for the European Union funded programme "Mediterranean Sea Basin Programme 2007-2013". The programme had as its main purpose the promotion of a sustainable and harmonious co-operation process at the Mediterranean Basin Level.
Acted for Alvarez & Marsal Europe LLP during an investigation by the Central Bank of Cyprus into the Cypriot banking sector.
In 2014, the Managing Partner of our firm, Menelaos Kyprianou, was appointed by the President of the Republic of Cyprus as a member of the team advising the President and the chief negotiator in relation to the talks that are taking place with the Turkish Cypriot community with the aim of reuniting Cyprus. Specifically, Menelaos was appointed to the team which advises on issues of European Union law.
