Kyriakos is a member of our Banking and Finance team. He specialises in cross-border financing transactions, shipping financing transactions and his clients include international financial institutions and corporations as well as investors and high-net-worth individuals. Kyriakos is also involved in corporate law matters, including joint ventures and cross border mergers and he has experience in advising clients in relation to real estate and Sports Law matters such as Sport law disputes and sports sponsorship.
