Michael Kyprianou & Co LLC was happy to sponsor the Golf Day at Elea Golf Club on Saturday 24th August 2019, held in aid of the Paphos Kidney Association.
The event was a huge success, with around 50 competitors, and the organisation managed to raise €7,100 in total for this very good cause.
Paphos Kidney Association supplies urgently needed equipment to the renal unit at the Paphos General Hospital. At present they have around 100 patients on dialysis and only 15 machines and another 20 patients are awaiting treatment.
The number of patients requiring dialysis is increasing by around 1 per week and without this treatment their life expectancy is very short.
