topic

We are pleased to announce that Esme Palas, a Partner in the firm and a specialist in her own right in the field of real estate and immigration law, was invited by the Great Britain-Cyprus Business Association to talk about the impact of COVID-19 on the property market in Cyprus and to discuss her expectations relating to the  opportunities that Cyprus has to offer, particularly as far as investment in property is concerned.

Esme focused on the benefits that can be obtained by investing in Cyprus property, notwithstanding the uncertainty that prevails within the global market due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Esme is positive that the way Cyprus has handled the control of the pandemic and the continued efforts of the government to attract foreign investment through its various programs, has intensified the trust and confidence of investors, making Cyprus as attractive a destination for relocation and investment as ever.

Esme’s interview appeared in the June 2020 edition of the Great Britain - Cyprus Business Association’s e-newsletter and it can be accessed here.
