The AIJA 2nd Annual Litigation Conference & 6th Annual T.R.A.D.E. Conference was held with great success in Munich, Germany on 22 - 24 June 2023.
AIJA, which is the only global association devoted to lawyers and in-house counsel aged 45 and under, warmly welcomed 157 participants from 26 different countries who exchanged views from their respective practice and networked throughout the conference.
Conference attendees had the opportunity to discuss core issues of the current and future business context in cross-border commercial disputes, including among others sanctions, asset seizure and tracing, jurisdiction clauses, arbitrability, force majeure, general terms and conditions, the prevention and resolution of disruptions and many more.
