  1. Organize the files according to the work undertaken – separate the correspondence, financial details, court appearances, etc. and keep in date order for easy reference
  2. Track the progress of each file and record history of court appearances and, where applicable, send reminders to the lawyer handling the case regarding the next step in the procedure
  3. Keep a record of the service given and costs associated therewith to ensure that the client has been billed correctly and liaise with the Accounting Department to follow up on payments
  4. Inform the client of the bill and balances due at regular intervals and explain costs if the client has queries


  • Legal background is an added advantage
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Fluent in English and good grasp of the Greek language
  • Sound financial knowledge and accounting experience will be an added benefit
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to get on well with others
  • Computer literacy, including Word, Excel and Outlook
