Corporate administrator

Michael Kyprianou & Co. LLC is seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator for the Corporate Department in its Limassol office.

Key duties/responsibilities

Registration and de-registration of companies to the Registrar of Companies;

Coordination with accountants and auditors for company audits;

Organization of files;

Opening and closing of bank accounts for companies, including liaison with bankers;

Coordination with registered agents overseas for the registration and de-registration of foreign companies;

Coordination with government authorities, including attendance, as required, at certain Government Departments;

Due diligence monitoring;

Coordination with clients for the execution and processing of documents.


Key skills/experience

Relevant university degree is required;

Total fluency in English & Russian (both written & spoken) is essential;

Experience in the corporate administration sector will be considered an advantage;

Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in computer packages, particularly Microsoft Office;

Attention to detail;

Strong team player.
