Eligibility
The following conditions allow for eligibility of the Malta Ordinary Residence:
- Applicants should demonstrate financial independent, without the need of being subjected to the complex means eligibility testing system.
- Must be EU and EEA nationals, as well as nationals of Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. (Non-EU nationals will be able to submit application at the discretion of Local Authorities)
- Must be able to provide evidence of a local residential address (by either purchasing or renting property in Malta)
