{"id":4756,"date":"2018-06-15T15:40:20","date_gmt":"2018-06-15T12:40:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fzmayuxbif.wpdns.site\/?p=4756"},"modified":"2023-08-03T15:40:53","modified_gmt":"2023-08-03T12:40:53","slug":"european-securities-and-markets-authority-esma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kyprianou.com\/el\/european-securities-and-markets-authority-esma\/","title":{"rendered":"European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has on the 29.5.2018 updated its Questions and Answers regarding\u00a0transparency and\u00a0market structures issues\u00a0under the Market in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II) and Regulation (MiFIR).<\/p>\n<p>The Q&amp;A provides clarification on the following topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the requirements to publish information on post-trade data 15 minutes after publication free of charge;<\/li>\n<li>the publication of transactions and how to populate the field \u2018publication date and time\u2019;<\/li>\n<li>pre-trade transparency requirements for voice trading systems;<\/li>\n<li>pre-trade transparency requirements for RFQ systems;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>OTFs arranging trading in strategies which include an equity leg<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of these Q&amp;As is to promote common supervisory approaches and practices in the application of MiFID II and MiFIR.
