The \u201cIBA Annual Litigation Forum: Disruption in litigation \u2013 new types of disputes in a new world order<\/em>\u201d was held in Berlin, Germany on 8 \u2013 10 May 2019 and focused on emerging issues particularly important for the international legal community.<\/p>\n Collective redress, geopolitics in court (sanctions and embargoes, human rights, climate change litigation), disputes arising from artificial intelligence, and cryptocurrencies were the main topics covered during the conference\u2019s working sessions.<\/p>\n Among the participants were practitioners from world-renowned law firms who had the opportunity to express their opinion on the topics discussed.
