The AIJA 2nd Annual Litigation Conference & 6th Annual T.R.A.D.E. Conference was held with great success in Munich, Germany on 22 – 24 June 2023.<\/p>\n

AIJA, which is the only global association devoted to lawyers and in-house counsel aged 45 and under, warmly welcomed 157 participants from 26 different countries who exchanged views from their respective practice and networked throughout the conference.<\/p>\n

Conference attendees had the opportunity to discuss core issues of the current and future business context in cross-border commercial disputes, including among others sanctions, asset seizure and tracing, jurisdiction clauses, arbitrability, force majeure, general terms and conditions, the prevention and resolution of disruptions and many more.<\/p>\n

The event was attended by Constantina Zantira, Partner at the firm, representing Michael Kyprianou & Co at the conference.<\/p>\n
