Fanouria will be part of a four-member international team, alongside participants from Germany, France, and Belgium, tackling issues such as jurisdiction, cross-border service of documents\u00a0and choice-of-law clauses\u00a0in contracts. The semi-final will take place in Brussels on 7 July 2025, and the final will be held at the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">This is a significant recognition both for Maria-Fanouria and for our firm, which is actively engaged in complex cross-border matters across Europe. Her participation underscores our team\u2019s growing role in the international legal sphere and our ongoing commitment to excellence, legal innovation and international outreach.
