Andria is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Department. She holds a Law Degree (LLB) from the University of Leicester and has completed her Master’s Degree (LLM in Maritime Law) at the University of Nottingham.

Andria advises clients on various aspects of corporate law, including the setting up and management of corporate entities. She advises individuals and corporations in relation to a range of legal matters including commercial contracts, corporate structuring and international banking.

She also advises clients in real estate transactions, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions, estate and succession planning, and in relation to banking and taxation matters. She acts for international clients in all aspects of legal matters, particularly in the purchase and sale of immovable property.

Andria has extensive experience on immigration law. She frequently advises clients on their immigration matters including applications for obtaining Cyprus citizenship and/or temporary or permanent residency.

Andria is based in our Limassol office.
