Michael Kyprianou & Co LLC successfully held on 17 June 2020 its first online seminar in relation to succession law in Cyprus and in particular, in relation to the crucial role of the European Regulation 650\/2012 on jurisdiction and applicable law in cases of cross-border succession.<\/p>\n
The seminar was presented by\u00a0Mr. Manthos Mattheou, a former Senior District Judge who is currently working at Michael Kyprianou & Co LLC. Manthos is also simultaneously teaching the topics of the Law of Succession and Tort law as a visiting academician at Neapolis University of Paphos.<\/p>\n
