The firm is seeking to recruit a lawyer for the Litigation Department of its Limassol office. This is an amazing opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, on cross-border and local cases.
Duties and responsibilities
- Handling litigation (judicial and ADR) cases
- Drafting pleadings and appearing in Courts of all instances and other authorities to represent clients
- Conducting legal research and providing legal advice to clients
- Drafting legal opinions, memos, settlement agreements and contracts
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Law Degree (BPTC (Bar Professional Training Course) diploma will be considered an advantage)
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association with license to practice
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Strong research and drafting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and excellent computer literacy
- Ability to multi-task in a busy and demanding work environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, responsibility and professionalism
