Responsibilities
- Registration of companies in Cyprus and other jurisdictions
- Opening of bank accounts
- Using the Zygos software;
- Preparation and submission of bank account applications including collection of relevant supporting document.
- Conducting due diligence on clients
- Applying compliance and AML regulations of our compliance department
- Arrange the certification and legalisation of various corporate documents.
- Coordinate submission of forms and applications with various local authorities, including government portals Ariadni, Registrar of Companies
- Liaising with clients via emails, telephone, face-to-face meetings and conference calls
- Assisting in the day-to-day functions of the Corporate Department
- Maintaining the register of members and monitoring changes.
- Drafting of documents and monitoring of the procedure for corporate changes i.e., change of directors, secretary, shareholders, registered office, and registration and deregistration of pledges etc…
Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably with a local Corporate Service provider or Law Firm.
- University Degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
- Good teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn.
- Ready to commit to a full-time job on the long run
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to multitask and to be result oriented.
- knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage
