Following an invitation by Altius Insurance, a longstanding and established partner of Michael Kyprianou & Co LLC, the firm gave a seminar presentation on the new Civil Procedure Rules 2023 at the offices of the insurance provider on November 23rd, 2023.
Presented by lawyers Constantina Zantira and Agis Charalambous, the seminar focused on the introduction of pre-action protocols in the Cypriot legal system and other procedures of main interest to insurers following the introduction of the Civil Procedure Rules 2023 as of 1st September 2023 and was attended by personnel of Altius from various departments.
