Among the speakers was Mr. Solon Kassinis, Energy Manager of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism of the Republic of Cyprus, who referred to the case of hydrocarbons in Cyprus and the developments in relation to the second licensing round, concerning the authorisation for hydrocarbons exploration.
