The official presentation of the book «Το Δίκαιο της Απόδειξης: Δικονομικές και Ουσιαστικές Πτυχές» (The Law of Evidence: Procedural and Substantive Aspects) was held at the premises of the Supreme Court of Cyprus on December 5th 2014.
The authors of this remarkable piece of work are Mr. Takis Eliades, former Judge of the Supreme Court of Cyprus and Nicholas Santis, District Court President, with the collaboration of Mr. George Stavrinakis, former Law Commissioner.
The Attorney-General Mr. Costas Clerides, the former President of the Supreme Court of Cyprus Dr. Demetris Hadjihambis, the President of the Supreme Court of Cyprus Mr. Myron Nicolatos and the President of the Cyprus Bar Association Mr. Doros Ioannides delivered the introductory speeches.
Dr. Charis Papacharalambous, assistant professor of law at the University of Cyprus presented the book and Mr. Nicholas Santis, co-author of the book read the preface.
Ermioni Pavlidou and Constantina Zantira attended the event.
