Nataliya is a member of the Corporate and Commercial team and deals with the registration and administration of companies in Cyprus. She also has experience in assisting clients with the establishment of companies in other jurisdictions.

She is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of companies, including preparing letters, resolutions, affidavits, organizing general meetings, arranging for notarization and legalization of documents through apostille, preparing applications and filing with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies, and opening of bank accounts.
